New Harbour and Terminal for LNG ships up to 215000 DWT. New breakwater 3000 m long with rouble mound and combine vertical/slope section. Approach channel 200 m width, 14,5 m depth. Berth for LNG ships.

Deepwater Container Terminal Gdansk (2004-2010)
Anew container terminal with capacity of 500 000 TEU/year in first phase.
The biggest container terminal in Poland with loading capacity of 500 000 TEU in first phase and 1 million TEU finally, servicing VI generation of container ships up to 7100 TEU capacity, 130 000 DWT and 14,5 m draft. The terminal is created on the sea as a penisula 650 m long and 315 m wide with complete infrastructure (railway, roads, power, Cargo Fright Station, etc.)
Elblag Universal Terminal (2002-2003)
Brand new uniwersal terminal icluding reloading berth 190 m length, Ro-Ro ramp, roads, installations, container stacking areas, workshops, social objects.
Leba Fishing Harbour (2002-2003)
Modernization of Polnocny and Ustecki quay with a total length of 320 m and a depth of 4,5 m.
Redevelopment and Modernization of Quays in Gdansk Harbour (2000)
Modernization of Oliwski and Ziolkowski berth with a total length of 250 m and 7,5-10 m depth for passenger ferries.
Baltic Bulk Terminal in Gdynia Harbour (1997-1998)
Terminal for storage and handling Liquid and Dry Bulk Fertilizers with most modern dome type storages for dry materials 60000 t capacity (2x20000 t + 2x10000 t) and reloading capacity of 2x0,5 mill.T/year dry and liquid, designing for handle ships up to 30000 DWT.

Ore terminal with 6-7 mill.T/year reloading capacity designed for ships up to 150000 DWT and 15 m draft.
Hel Fishing Harbour (1996-2001)
Refurbishing and modernization of breakwaters and berths:
- Refurbishing of West Breakwater;
- Modernization of berths of total length 510 m and depth 5-7 m;
- New Inner Pier length 135 m and 5-7 m depth;
- Kaszubski Pier length 100 m and 5 m depth.
